Hydration is such a key part to of your health and how you feel, even for kids. But most kids would take juice over plain old water any day.  UNTIL you spice things up with this Spa Water.  Fruits and herbs add enough flavor (and some extra vitamins) to get your kids sipping this all day long.

1.  MORNING PICK ME UP WATER

  • Grapefruit
  • Lemon
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Mint

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice grapefruit; you’ll want to use 2-3 slices.  Grapefruit boosts metabolism, so I like to drink this in the morning. It’s also great for the immune system.
  2. Slice up lemon. I like to use a little extra lemon because it’s a great detoxifier and helps fight bloat.
  3. Add chunks of pineapple to mix. Pineapples are great for digestion.
  4. Add mint. Mint is great to soothe the stomach and help with inflammation.
  5. Pour water over the fruit mix in a glass container.
  6. Place the container in the fridge, and let sit for 30 minutes. You want to let sit for that whole time to let the fruit really infuse the water.

2.  BEAUTY WATER

  • Watermelon chunks – super high in antioxidants
  • Blackberries
  • Strawberries
  • Sprig of mint

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place watermelon at bottom of the container. Watermelon is super high in antioxidants.
  2. Smush blackberries with the back of a spoon, and place into container.  Blackberries are high in vitamin c and fiber and they promote the formation of collagen which is great for skin and hair.
  3. Add sliced strawberries to the fruit mix. Strawberries are also high in antioxidants and boost immunity
  4. Add mint for great flavor and pop of color.
  5. Pour water over the fruit mix in a glass container.
  6. Place the container in the fridge, and let sit for 30 minutes. You want to let sit for that whole time to let the fruit really infuse the water.

3.  ULTIMATE HYDRATION WATER

  • Oranges
  • Cucumber
  • Basil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the cucumbers and place at the bottom of the glass container. Cucumbers hydrate, reduce puffiness and bloating and they flush toxins.
  2. Slice up some oranges. Oranges are high in vitamin c and they taste amazing in this mix.
  3. Toss in a couple of basil leaves. It’s a very strong flavor so you don’t want too much, but it is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.
