3 Minute Drop Off Routine (Yes, it’s possible!!!)

Between making breakfast, packing lunches, feeding the dog, and wrangling your kids to get dressed for school mornings for mom move fast and you can often find yourself running late with no time to get yourself ready. Luckily, we’ve got a 3 minute drop off routine for you. As it turns out, that’s plenty of time to get ready– and yes, without being embarrassed to run into anyone at drop-off.

STEP 1: The Face
Look for products that minimize steps. After a super quick face wash, apply your favorite tinted moisturizer. Extra bonus points if it has SPF in it. This is the most effortless way to even out your skin without actually applying your makeup.  For an extra illuminating finish, try on a slightly lighter shade of the same tinted moisturizer over your cheeks, under your eyes and a little on your nose.

STEP 2: Minimal Makeup
Putting on full makeup in a rush never ends well, so keep it simple. Curl your lashes while applying mascara by starting at your root & hold the wand at the tips for a few seconds. Swipe on a coat of lip gloss for a little extra color in the face.

STEP 3: Hair
It’s key to master some quick hairstyles for busy mornings. Start with a little dry shampoo on your roots for a little extra volume, and go for your favorite style. Remember: the messier it looks, the more forgiving!

STEP 4: Outfit
Like the quick hairstyles, you’ll also want to have some easy, versatile outfits ready to go. My favorite: Joggers, plaid button down, zip-up ankle booties, and I’m out!
