INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp flaxseed meal
- Lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
- Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
- Garnish with flax seed and lemon zest, or other toppings as desired.
