Blueberry Muffin Smoothie, Good Morning!

It’s a glass full of comfort, deliciousness and nutrition.  What mom can say no to that?!  Go ahead, get your blender out and whip up your kids new favorite smoothie.  For breakfast or for snack, it’s all good.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp flaxseed meal
  • Lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
  2. Garnish with flax seed and lemon zest, or other toppings as desired.
