Bored of crackers but need something to get you through the afternoon slump? Here are 5 easy snacks to boost your energy. They’ll get you through your Zooms and give help your kids power through their homework.


1 packet frozen acai, partially thawed
¼ cup of blueberries (more for thicker mousse)
1 tsp honey
(optional) scoop of collagen or protein powder
(optional) 2 tsp almond butter


1.5  cups almond milk
3-4 frozen bananas
1 green apple
2 cups frozen kale


½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup almond butter or any nut or seed butter you like
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
3/4 scoop collagen or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 teaspoon matcha powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp sweet cacao nibs
