Mixing up how you present food to your kids is one of the easiest ways to get them to try new things. These banana boats are such a simple snack to throw together, but they’re packed with nutrition. A close cousin to Banana Sushi, these are an amazing after school snack or a nice dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- Banana
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chips
- Granola
DIRECTIONS
- Peel banana and split it longways (make sure not to cut too deep).
- Use your finger to split open a little bit more, creating more space for toppings.
- Spread peanut butter in banana.
- Top with chocolate chips, granola (or any toppings of your choosing) and enjoy!
