I remember loving fudgesicles growing up. The texture was always perfect and they were such a fun treat. I’ve added a couple healthy twists but these homemade fudgesicles taste like the legit original.
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 2 TBSP cocoa powder
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Put chocolate, milk, cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer while whisking. Continue to whisk for 2-3 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Add vanilla and coconut oil and whisk until incorporated.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
