Scrambled Egg Avocado Toast
INGREDIENTS
- Rustic bread
- Avocado
- Scrambled eggs
- salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut avocado in half, and smash in a bowl.
- Toast rustic piece of bread.
- Spread avocado on toast.
- Add a little scrambled egg. Top with salt.
“Fancy” Avocado Toast
INGREDIENTS
- Seeded bread
- Avocado
- Radish
- Microgreens
- Smoked salt
DIRECTIONS
- Spread avocado on toast.
- Sprinkle salt onto avocado.
- Place sliced radishes on top of avocado.
- Add microgreens.
California Avocado Toast
INGREDIENTS
- Olive bread
- Avocado
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced cucumber
- Ricotta cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Layer bread with ricotta cheese.
- Add some avocado.
- Add sprinkle of salt and sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
