Keep things interesting for your next playdate with a twist on spring rolls. Your kids will be so impressed with this delicious snack, full of fruit and handheld.

  • rice paper wrappers
  • warm water
  • fruit
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1-3 tsp agave syrup

1. Mix lime juice and agave syrup, adding more syrup if you need to sweeten.
2.  Dip rice paper wrapper in lukewarm water for a few seconds.  Allow excess to drip off, then place flat on your working surface.  Wait for the water to absorb for about 10-20 seconds.
3.  Layer any combination of fruit you like.  Wrap one long side, roll, then wrap the sides and finally the end.
