INGREDIENTS
- rice paper wrappers
- warm water
- fruit
- juice of 2 limes
- 1-3 tsp agave syrup
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix lime juice and agave syrup, adding more syrup if you need to sweeten.
2. Dip rice paper wrapper in lukewarm water for a few seconds. Allow excess to drip off, then place flat on your working surface. Wait for the water to absorb for about 10-20 seconds.
3. Layer any combination of fruit you like. Wrap one long side, roll, then wrap the sides and finally the end.
