This is my FAVORITE dessert right now! It’s naturally sweet and the best sub for ice cream if you and your kids are looking for a treat without the guilt.
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ -⅓ cup almond milk (any kind of milk will work)
1. Add 1/4 cup almond milk to the bottom of your blender, followed by frozen fruit.
2. Turn blender on and puree until very smooth. If blender gets stuck or you can’t get the mixture smooth, add more almond milk a bit at a time.
