These pineapple popsicles have a whole lot in common with Disneyland, except that it doesn’t have a $100 entry fee. This frozen treat is incredibly easy to throw together and the texture is everything you could hope for. Who needs Dole Whip?!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed (a full tub)
DIRECTIONS
1. Puree pineapple and whipped topping in a food processor.
2. Put in popsicle molds. Depending on how big your molds are this will probably make 8-10 popsicles.
