Snack boards are the perfect answer to feeding your holiday crowd (especially the kids) when you entertain over the holidays. Quick to throw together and impressive to look at. You can constantly mix it up and keep your guests satisfied.
I like to keep a few things in mind when I’m throwing mine together:
- Avoid things that need utensils (NO.MORE.DISHES.PLEASE). That may been cutting things before you put them on your platter. You can also use disposable picks to make it more fun for kids to eat and keep little fingers from touching everything.
- You want to choose foods that can stay out at room temperature for a couple hours.
- Chose a variety of foods. Think fruits, veggies, protein, carbs.
