- 1 cup water
- ½ cup rubbing alcohol
- 2 TBSP dish soap
- 2-4 drops food coloring
- Ziploc bags
- Reusable pouches
INSTRUCTIONS

- Pour solution into your reusable pouch and put in the freezer.
