There are plenty of protein shakes on the market, but very few that are appropriate for kids. This homemade version tastes so great and it’s a perfect boost of nutrition for your kids.
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup silken soft tofu
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
- 1 TBSP honey
- Add all ingredients to blender, and blend.
- Put in the fridge until cold or add ice to the blender to quicken cooling time and make a little slushie!
