Chocolate Protein Shake

There are plenty of protein shakes on the market, but very few that are appropriate for kids.  This homemade version tastes so great and it’s a perfect boost of nutrition for your kids.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup silken soft tofu
  • 1 TBSP peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 TBSP honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend.
  2. Put in the fridge until cold or add ice to the blender to quicken cooling time and make a little slushie!
