Mixing things up is the key to keeping your kids interested in eating. But it’s hard to make new recipes all the time.  Instead, try switching up the presentation. These grilled cheese roll ups with homemade ranch are super fun to eat. It’s okay if you sneak a few for yourself.

INGREDIENTS

  • slices of bread
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • refined coconut oil, butter, or oil of your choice

DIRECTIONS 1. Warm bread in microwave for about 10 seconds.  Using a roll pin, flatten bread. 2. Grease or butter bread.  Sprinkle on cheese, avoiding edges, then roll up tightly.  Secure with toothpicks. 3. In skillet, cook on low heat, covered, flipping as it browns. For CREAMY KETCHUP: Mix equal parts mayonnaise and ketchup. For RANCH: Mix ¼  cup greek yogurt of mayonnaise with 1 TBSP buttermilk.  Add ¼ tsp each garlic powder and onion powder. Add a pinch of dry parsley and a few grinds of black pepper.  Snip in a couple of chives. Mix together.
