I‘m not sure which kids are more obsessed with these days… unicorns or mermaids. But who can blame them? Magic is magic. This mermaid smoothie is so beautiful in a bowl and it’s full of healthy ingredients, including a secret veggie.
- ½ – ¾ cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk (or similar)
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp flax seed meal
- 4-6 capsules Blue Majik
- Suggested Toppings: granola, sliced banana, goji berries, bee pollen. frozen blueberries, cashew or almond butter
- Starting with almond milk, put all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. You want this very thick, so add more banana or frozen pineapple as needed.
- Turn out into bowl and top with anything you like!
