I‘m not sure which kids are more obsessed with these days… unicorns or mermaids. But who can blame them? Magic is magic. This mermaid smoothie bowl is so beautiful, and it’s full of healthy ingredients, including a secret veggie.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ – ¾ cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk (or similar)
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp flax seed meal
- 4-6 capsules Blue Majik
- Suggested Toppings: granola, sliced banana, goji berries, bee pollen. frozen blueberries, cashew or almond butter
DIRECTIONS
- Starting with almond milk, put all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. You want this very thick, so add more banana or frozen pineapple as needed.
- Turn out into bowl and top with anything you like!
