These kale chips are as delicious as they are easy to make. And I promise your kids will love them as much as potato chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • Curly kale
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

INGREDIENTS

  • Lacinato kale

  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
1.  Remove leaves from the head of curly kale.  Toss with about 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil until fully coated.  Sprinkle generously with salt. Lay out on parchment lined baking sheet.  Roast at 350 for about 8 minutes until chips start to brown around edges.

2.  Remove leaves from the thickest part of lacinato kale stalk.  Lay out on parchment lined baking sheet. Use your fingers or a brush to spread olive oil on top of kale leaves.  Sprinkle with salt. Roast at 350° for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put back in oven until melted, 2-3 minutes.
