Reignite an old flame. No, not that kind. Next time your favorite candle is almost out, save your money on replacing it and try this super simple trick to bring it back to life!
SUPPLIES
- Old candle
- Wick
- Warming plate
- Votive
- Hot glue gun
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the excess wax using the warming plate. Place candle on top of the warmer and let it sit for 30 minutes or until the wax is completely melted.
- While that’s melting, prepare your new candles.
- Take the wick and use hot glue to attach it to the bottom of the votive.
- Once wax appears to be completely melted, use a spoon to remove the wick and pour the melted wax into your new votive.
TIP: If you wick doesn’t stick up on its own place two pencils on either side to hold it in place.
